According to the information, the penetration of small sabotage detachments into the territory of the Russian Federation is planned from the territory of Georgia through the unrecognized Republic of South Ossetia. The authorities of South Ossetia, together with their Russian colleagues, carried out a number of measures to strengthen control over the border of the republic. Additional border posts were deployed, and patrol squads were reinforced in the most vulnerable places. Roadblocks have been set up on the main roads adjacent to the border with Georgia.
Taking into account mountainous forested areas and difficult terrain in some areas, the Russian side handed over two Mi-24P helicopters to the border service of South Ossetia for air patrol and rapid response to incidents. Your Mig-21bis squadron is tasked to defend the region of Krasnodar from an invasion of UN troops that support the UN resolution for the Independence of Soviet Union provinces. The UN response is moderate; however, the Soviet forces in the region are facing supply problems due to the rapid destabilization of the Soviet Union. The resources are limited, and often the VVS forces suffer lack of support. As a frontline fighter squadron, you will have to move between airbases as the conflict evolves.
The Constant Peg Campaign is based on operations carried out by the USAF's 4477th Test and Evaluation Squadron, the 'Red Eagles'. These 10 missions are set in 1988 and replicate the unit's typical operations from Tonopah Test Range Airfield, Nevada. You will take flight in a MiG-21 to expose pilots from operational units to Soviet aircraft, and to replicate adversary tactics during realistic combat training scenarios. Face off against the F-14 Tomcat and F-15 Eagle in one versus one and two versus two air combat. 'Zemke's Wolfpack', the 56th Fighter Group was one of the most famous fighting units of the USAAF in World War II. The campaign backstory revolves around growing hostilities between Iran and its neighbors and a partially successful coup that takes place in the United Arab Emirates, effectively splitting the country in two.
You will take on the role of a deputy commander of a 10-ship strong detachment of M-2000C interceptors from the 02.005 Fighter Squadron "Île-de-France". In preparation for war in the Persian Gulf, your detachment, and those from the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland and the Netherlands, will spend two weeks at the NTTR to hone your skills.

In 2015 Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Russia have announced the start of the "Caucasus-2015" military exercise. Intelligence analysis later reveals that the exercises is actually cover for Russia forces repositioning to the Abkhazian territory and further escalating tensions in the Caucasus region. The 445th Air Expeditionary Wing and the 6th mechanized brigade have been deployed to Georgia as a response by NATO to counter Russia's military aggression against its peaceful neighbor.

"The Museum Relic" is a story driven campaign that takes place between the two small fictional countries of Matova and Obristen. As their war stretches on into its fifth year, both nations are feeling the strain of not being able to replenish any of their lost vehicles. You will fly as a character who, at the beginning of the war, was just a civilian. But after seeing the dire situation his country is facing, decides to enlist in the Matova Army Air Corp. With his enlistment papers, he also brings with him his personal aircraft which he had donated to the Museum years ago.
The "P-51D: High Stakes" campaign is a single-player, story-driven campaign for DCS: P-51D Mustang. The premise of the campaign is that a powerful businessman and gambler named "Maslov" has employed the pilot-for-hire pilot Vasily Sinitsa with promises of mountains of money. In return, Vasily needs to fly and master the venerable Mustang over a string of 15 missions that will test his skills. Maslov will put the Vasily at more risk as the campaign progresses and Vasily will need to use all his skills to not only to fulfill his assigned tasks but to also save his life and, in the long run, his honor.
In order to fully complete each mission and proceed to the next, Vasily will need to land his Mustang at the assigned point at the conclusion of each mission. Additionally, due to the plot of the story, Vasily will need to take care of his Mustang and minimize damage to proceed through the story.
All of Vasily's missions include detailed briefings and mission map graphics. Each mission also includes kneeboard briefing and map pages.
