Several experimental drones have been spotted at Qeshm Island Airfield. These little gems need to be neutralized.
You'll be launching off the USS Truman, with a max of 8 F/A-18C's, flying under the RADAR(literally), snaking a mountain canyon while following a road, and delivering 'the goods' at the airfield. If you are detected, the drones will more than likely scramble away, and some nasty fighters in the area will make for a crummy day.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at snake323co@gmail.com

I updated The "SAM Dance" course a little for you guys to make it a little more of a difficult time. This will certainly help with your SA. You can now come in from a Dynamic Spawn and se t up your aircraft as you see fit. I hope you enjoy.
A small mission in the style of Desert Strike. After playing Cleared Hot, I decide to make a mission similar to the first mission of Desert Strike. You destroy two radars, two ammo trucks, and four fuel tanks. With whatever you want to destroy it. The Mission has a few Ai voiced lines. It is aimed for simers with less Time to play and for some quick and dirty action.
The Enemy only has Infantry and Technical to make your life easy.
A challenge!
Enter waypoints yourself!
In-flight refueling!
Fuel management for you and your wingman!
A long flight, two-hour tanker escort plus a round trip, totaling approximately four hours!
MAP: Persian Gulf
MODUL: F-16V Viper
MOD: Civil Aircraft Mod
DOC: Readme as PDF and kneeboard in the Mission!
An informational video can be found on YouTube: "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_FfsKu-01mg"
Based on the observation that setting up every single parameter for each mission can be quite borring, I propose a map that includes:
- detection zones for the majority of controlled airspaces (xxD: Danger – xxR: Restricted – xxP: Prohibited),
- air defense systems for most airbases,
- oil platforms and pumping stations for several oil fields.
In 1990 Iran placed an order with Moscow for 24 Mig-31 Foxhound Interceptors. Due to the collapse of the Soviet Union shortly afterwards and pressure from the United States, it was believed the order was cancelled. However, less than 48 hours ago, satellite imagery of Shiraz Airbase in Iran, showed a suspicious airframe on the taxiway. Analysts have now confirmed the airframe is indeed that of a Mig-31 Foxhound.
You will fly in a two-ship of USN F/A-18C Hornets from VFA-87 and carry out a mission to destroy Iranian Mig-31s at Shiraz Air Base. However, with the need for a surgical strike using precision weaponry, the US strike package will have to precisely locate the Mig-31s first.
Top Gun for the NES Final Mission played on DCS. There is no space shuttle modeled so you have to destroy a hanger next to the tech workshop at the airfield marked on the map.
This mission is the first in several missions inspired from the NES game "Top Gun" A-4E Skyhawk mod, F-14B, F-18C and the Persian Gulf Map are required for this map. Also the bandit648 Weather Mod V15 is recommended.
This is a scenario mission where Iran has recruited some help from China and Russia in order to defend itself against further attack from Israel and/or the United States.
The modest Air Defense installations are Chinese and Russian equipment. BLUE forces are intent on attacking Iran's Nuclear Facilities and also it's new Air Defenses.
The BLUE strike forces are all AI, however that can be easily modified by adding client slots for BLUE SEAD, Fighter Escort for Bombers, etc.
RED forces have a few slots for CAP Su-27, Su-33, MiG-29A, MiG-21Bis to fend off the BLUE forces attacks. BLUE forces are the aggressors and RED forces are the defenders.
IADS controls the RED Air Defenses, while BLUE has no IADS since they are the aggressors. It is single player and very configurable for any and all preferences.
Splash Damage is also used to enhance the Bombing Action. It has an interesting mix of weapons and AI Action which I find fascinating, since the AI in DCS is becoming
so sophisticated.

For those who don't have the time to spend hours on Mission Editor !
I tried to recreate the complex of ISPAHAN in bulk with satellite images. It's not accurate because there is not a lof of buildings and structures in DCS Editor.
I add the GACHIN URANIUM MINES.
I will add some new locations.
I will add the other nuclear sites.
You will only have to change what you want.
This is the third mission of my upcoming campaign, and I appreciate any comments re: bugs/issues. It is advised that you play the first two missions before this to understand the campaign's structure.
In the last 48 hours Tehran has been responding to an Israeli aerial bombardment. With few military or diplomatic options to resist Israeli aggression, Iran is desperate to coerce the international community to respond to its plight. To do this, it intends on raising oil prices.
In the last mission, you rescued the crew of the Blue Orion oil tanker and the US Navy bombarded Iranian Naval positions, all but destroying its ability to intercept ships in the Strait. More desperate than ever, Iran has resorted to missile attacks against commercial interests in the UAE and Taskforce Sentinel assets at US bases nearby. You will join a flight of F-16s or F-18s to destroy two prominent missile sites deep in Iran. You will face a decision midway through the mission that dictates the storyline.

To do this, it intends on raising oil prices by attacking oil interests in the Strait of Hormuz.
In the last mission, you failed to rescue The Blue Orion, an Italian-flagged oil tanker. Now seized by the Iranian Navy and anchored near the port of Bandar Abbas, you will escort a US Special Forces flight as they recapture the tanker, and rescue the crew from the Iranian shoreline. US Tomahawk Missiles will bombard enemy air defences ahead of you while you stay low level to avoid radar detection.

As part of a multinational taskforce known as "Sentinel" you've been enjoying your USN deployment to the UAE, flying daily sorties in the sun and playing volleyball on the beaches in the evenings. All of a sudden, however, you and your hodge-podge taskforce - little more than a dozen combat crews between the US Navy and Air Force, RAF, UAE, and Kuwait - find yourself on the frontline of an international crisis.
I would appreciate if you play these missions in order and report any bugs ready for the final comapign.
While conducting Freedom of Navigation operations in the Persian Gulf, your F-14 Tomcat was downed by hostile fire during severe weather conditions. Blown deep into Iranian territory by intense storm winds, you and your Radar Intercept Officer (RIO) have located an operational F-14B within a hangar at Shiraz International Airport. Iranian Security Forces are en route to secure the site. You are to commandeer the aircraft and egress the area before capture.
Intelligence indicates that Iranian forces are actively attempting to enforce an illegal blockade of the Persian Gulf. The Iranian Air Force and Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corp (IRGC) Navy are mobilizing from bases along the Iranian coast. Their intent is to intercept any vessels entering or exiting the Gulf. Task Force Hammer (CVN-73 George Washington and LHA-1 Tarawa) is currently escorting civilian vessels as they depart the Persian Gulf from Kuwait. Ensure the freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz and eliminate any hostile Iranian forces attempting to enforce the blockade.
2-20 Multiplayer F-16C, F-15E, F-15C, A-10C II COOP Mission
Skills Required: Cold Start, Formation Fly, AAR, Laser-guided Bombing, 9-Line CAS, Air Combat.
Module Required: One or more of F-16C / F-15E / F-15C / A-10C II, Persian Gulf Map.
There are two AH64D’s on the pad and ready to go at Fujairah International in Khalba – remember, we are there in a ‘training’ capacity.
Your goal is to eliminate the SEAD capabilities around the Dibba Al-Hisn port, and then destroy the naval convoy there with extreme prejudice – the most important targets are disguised as civilian craft, but they are guarded with boats that also have anti-air capability.
The target convoy is in port right now, and we have ground assets on the way there to provide support and additional firepower. There are SAM sites on the northern hills, so keep your altitude low and sneak up on them.
AH64D Fujairah 1 has waypoints loaded, AH64D Fujairah 2 does not – it is recommended that you bypass the way points and fly up the coast – it is just a few miles to the east of Fujairah International, and the target naval group is about forty miles to the north. Exercise extreme caution!
• Tensions have escalated in the Strait of Hormuz following increased Iranian military activity. Intelligence confirms a hardened Iranian Air Defense (AD) network protecting critical infrastructure in the region.
• REC imagery has identified Minab Dam, located northeast of Bandar Abbas, as a major power and logistics hub. Destroying the dam will severely disrupt the regional command and supply chain.
• The dam is heavily defended by SA-11 Buk systems and SA-15 Tor close-in protection units. Overhead coverage is provided by a broader integrated AD network including S-300PMU2 and S-200 sites.
Houthi forces have refurbished an old Soviet SAM site (with Iranian support) and are using it to threaten coalition air operations. The area is also believed to host Iranian-supplied drones and MANPADS teams. Your mission is to conduct a strike on the air defense site, neutralize the drone launch area, and RTB safely.
THIS MISSION IS IN THE PERSIAN MAP WITH THE SUPERCARRIER MODULE!!!!!
It can be played as single or multi-player, and has the following aircraft: FA18C, F16, A10C ii, KA50 III, AH64D, SU33, and also has playable Combined Force units on each side. I will be posting it as a multi-player mission once other aspects of the mission are added and fine tuned.
For the carrier, use FA18 Carrier 1 (which is hot on the ramp) or FA18 Carrier 2 (cold start from parking) or any of the other planes and choppers available!
There are fixed wing and rotor air threats as well as a good number of ground targets - good hunting, and as always feel free to put ideas or bugs into the comments section!
Fixed Wing air threats (if you are playing the blue side) will originate from the north.
This is an immersive, single or co-op mission in the Strait of Hormuz, flying an F-18 or F-16, and a preview of my upcoming campaign - A Standoff in the Strait of Hormuz. In an attempt to raise oil prices to force the west to broker peace between Israel and Iran, Iran has been attacking oil interests in the Strait. You are part of a multinational taskforce to protect the Strait and have been asked to aid a tanker in the process of being seized. You'll perform a show of force, which will fail, culminating in eventual hostilities and Iranian interceptors being launched against you. You'll face in-the-moment decisions that will dictate if the mission ends peacefully, or if it ignites a regional conflict, and is the first mission of my upcoming campaign. This mission has several radio cues, A2G objectives, and A2A objectives.
I updated and spiced up my original "SAM Dance" and made it a little more challenging. More missile launchers as well as a few more added goodies. Good luck and fly smart...'BUGS'
