The Mitsubishi F-2 is a Japanese redesign of the General Dynamics/Lockheed Martin F-16C, and is used exclusively by the JASDF. This mod adds flyable F-2A (single seat) and F-2B (two-seat, no multicrew) variants to DCS, and passes integrity check (usual Saved Games installation).

This is my VKB NXT SEM (Vertical) configuration for Falcon, if you need to quick start and then modify it to your need.
Simply unpack in C:\Users\...\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Config\Input\F-16C_50\joystick and then load the profile in DCS "Adjust Control" menu.

Following a REDFOR insurgency post the Falklands war, a new Caudillo has taken over larger parts of the southern tip of
South America.
BLUEFOR has been tasked to sweep the RED zones South to North and re-establish the previous order.
USMC has landed close to Ushuaia and Port Willams and has established a bridgehead. The HMS Invincible provides protection in the channel, the USS Forrestal is crusing east of the mainland.
CAP operations has been established from Ushuaia and CTLD/CSAR helicopter operations from Ushuaia Helo Port and FARP London.
USMC SOF have been inserted deep into the Phase-One-Zone Rio Grande and provide target information and target markers.

Some of the most important assets for US During Operation Iraqi Freedom were FAC(A). Fixed targets were scarce and the key was finding and identifying any Iraqi ground targets. The US Marine Corps utilized the two seat F/A-18 D for that role with a dedicated WSO in the back seat whose primary role was to find targets. In DCS we do not have a F/A-18D so the F/A-18C will fill that role. The hornets would take off and scan a specific region or area using any and all sensors onboard to try and locate even the smallest targets to call in. Sometimes the WSO had binoculars!

This is a fictional 4-mission mini-campaign for the AH-64D and the Syria map.
The missions are building up in difficulty, with a main focus on atmosphere. Although not required, knowing how to operate the CP/G seat, will definitely improve the experience (each mission briefing will contain a few notes on what the player will need to know for that specific mission).
I'd say, overall difficulty is easy to medium and the missions should be suitable for newcomers (albeit as I created it myself, I obviously know where to look and what to do).

- Day and night OPS
- Mission scoring (although very easy on newcomers)
