Delivered in 2004 the first three Danish C-130J-30 Hercules (B-536, B-537, B-538)are flying out of 721 Squadron, Transport Wing Aalborg.
In 2007 the fourth and last C-130 Hercules (B-583) was delivered.
Danish C-130J’s have operated in several conflict areas including Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Mali.
They regularly fly support missions in Greenland.

Inspired by real-life event

The iconic Beaufort fortress (700 meters above MSL) was held by PLO forces until the beginning of the first Lebanon war. The fortress captured by Israeli Golani commando unit at the night of June 6 1982.

Two Bell 212 (Anafa) were sent to rescue the injured troops from the fight but only one succeeded to penetrate the heavy clouds and find the fortress.
Under heavy fire and bad weather, the helicopter team manage to pickup seven injured and took them to the hospital.
The pilots rewarded by the IAF commander citation (tzalash) for the operation.

Explore Northern Syria by Mi-8 in this randomised CO-OP Mi-8 Medevac mission.

There is an enemy cargo ship anchored just off the coast - close to the border south of Batumi.  We know that it is loaded with arms waiting to be picked up by enemy troops.

The SBS have a mission to sink the ship by planting mines on its hull - they need our help.

Our ground forces are currently engaging in battle with enemy insurgents in the town of Bulitsku. We have gained the upper hand and are now in control of most of the town but the company commander is requesting the injured to be airlift to the near by MASH about 7nm NW of the battle zone. Currently 3 injured allied soldiers need extraction to the nearby M.A.S.H.<br />
