I managed to place the camera in the cockpit with help of Views.lua file fr om the TF-51D aircraft. (cockpit is low resolution... But still more immersive than previous MiG-25 mod wh ere camera floats above canopy)

Sadly couldn't get Su-25T Cockpit and R-40R missiles to work (R-40T still works, aimpoint is very high though), maybe you can?

The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-25 is a supersonic interceptor aircraft that is among the fastest military aircraft to enter service, but it has low turn rate. The first prototype flew in 1964 and the aircraft entered service in 1970. The variant presented here is the MiG-25P from mid-late 1970s.

The F-16V block 70 is the latest variant of the F-16 aircraft that comes with new AN/APG-83 AESA radar and other new avionics,
latest AIM-9X and AIM-120D missiles and new airframe made of modern composite materials that reduce radar reflection and make
it harder to detect by enemy radars. The MiG-25RB is a reconnaissance and bomber variant of the MiG-25 which has a camera in
the nose instead of the radar and can carry up to 4 heavy FAB-500 bombs.

Under Gaddafi, Libya's air force grew to include Soviet fighters including the Su-22 and MiG-23 (both of which met their ends at the hands of F-14s), as well as the MiG-25 "Foxbat" interceptor. Although far from agile, the -25's raw speed made it somewhat of a slippery target.
