DEFIs Training Mission [03] - Landing on a Skyscraper in the KA50 Black Shark 3

The president of the Russian Federation has been assassinated at an OPEC meeting in Dubai. You need to land on top of the roof of a particular skyscraper to retrieve his "Cheget" suitcase. You have the assistance of local arabic guides that will guide you to the landing spot, telling you when you are off the edge of the building or within the landing spot.


You are tasked with landing on top of a skyscraper marked.
Since you can't properly see ahead of the nose of the KA50 your best bet is to approach slowly at an angle so you can see a little through the side window and then drift to the location. Use the arabic guides to assist you in hovering over the right spot to land.

Be aware of Vortex Ring State at low speeds around these buildings. You can quickly drop like a stone.
Best bet is then to increase to MAX cyclic and try to stabilise before hitting anything underneath.
Initially when the KA50 takes over control from the mission be aware you need to balance out the alligator and stabilise it initially.

Good Luck. This is "shogun" level of piloting, i.e. very hard!
