I also use some keyboard keys as support for lamps & direct gyro. (My keyboard is set as ABNT2)
HOW TO INSTALL:
Unzip the compressed folder "P-51 & TF-51.7z" inside "Saved Games\DCS (or DCS.openbeta)\Config\Input"
Then import via DCS Menu "Load profile" and sel ect "P-51D" / "P-51D-30-NA" / "TF-51D" for Keyboard, Stick and Throttle for each version
*I'm not sure if the "Modifier" button will be imported automatically. If not, create it on the Modifiers tab.

*To turn the throttle paddles fr om axis to buttons, I downloaded JoyToKey and:
