An ill-advised rocket strike on a train carrying flammable, toxic chemicals. Set on the Caucasus map with the L-39ZA. Low threat environment. The mission is basically a puzzle to try and get a better outcome than following orders.

"In retaliation for an Abkhazian missile attack on a fuel depot in Zugdidi in which two civilians were killed, Tbilisi has decided to cut off Abkhazia's rail access to and through Georgia.
Covert sources have determined that a rail shipment of hydrazine is coming down fr om Russia on its way through Georgia to Turkey, and probably ultimately to Syria. Its origin is a factory to the north of Krasnodar. By hitting the train we can not only send the message that the rail line is closed, but also cause friction between Abkhazia and Russia over the lost shipment.
You will be striking the train between Senaki and Naposhtu at Zemo Kvaloni Railway Station wh ere we believe there will be minimal collateral damage. The train arrives at Zemo at 0910 so this will be a time on target attack."
