The city of Damascus is under siege, and we have gained intelligence that a group of MLRS's are threatening the Al-Dumayr airfield. Your flight (callsign Hawg) is tasked with eliminating this long range threat to guarantee a counter-offensive in part 2. We also know that they plan to fire on the airfield around 05:30. An AWACS (251hz) is on standby for any potential scrambling. Don't get too close to the city where the Syrians have better air detection. If you are detected, the AWACS will alert you and you are ordered to RTB. Happy hunting. (Changing loadouts doesn't break anything!)
This is my first attempt at making a full mission with triggers and whatnot. The task is simple, takeoff, engage the MLRS's, get out. In part 2, you pilot an A-10C to lead the siege on Damascus to weaken the forces occupying it while other flights provide cover. Let me know if there is anything I can improve!
Update:
-fixed some triggers that caused the game to immediately end
-loaded the F-16 with 4 AGM-65Ds instead of 2 D's and 2 H's (You can change loadouts and it won't break it)
-Added a friendly scramble flight to assist your escape if the Syrian's detect you
