DCS: Data Transfer Cartridge (DTC) by Eagle Dynamics

  • Fixed: FDTC Lua state doesn't clear in DTC destructor.
  • Fixed: F-16 Semi-Automatic mode logic errors using custom DTC CMDS tables.
  • Fixed: F/A-18 Semi-Automatic mode logic errors using custom DTC CMDS threat tables.
  • Fixed:  UI "Open DTC" button for Dynamic Spawns in unit loadout screen - added "Open DTC" button to dynamic slots.

DCS: F/A-18C by Eagle Dynamics

  • Fixed: AIM-7 FLOOD option disappears after momentary track loss.
  • Fixed: Randomly can't uncage AIM-9.
  • Fixed: Flash light options stop working after engine start.

The FCR Terrain avoidance (TA) mode is under active development and testing.

This Terrain avoidance (TA) mode is planned for release in summer 2025.

NOTE: Multi-Sensor Integration (MSI) of surveillance-only tracks that can be set as the L&S and DT2 is in testing and is planned for the following update.

DCS: F-16C Viper by Eaglе Dynamics

  • Fixed: Default azimuth is set to A1 instead of A6.
  • Fixed: Pressing MSL STEP with different AGM-65 variants on each wing creates erroneous seeker behavior.
  • Fixed: Erroneous TD Box and TGP movement if TGP is SOI when returning pre-designate.
  • Fixed: HAD Threat Class numbers disappear when selected.
  • Fixed: AGM-65 Handoff Status indicators on TGP and WPN MFD formats removed erroneously.
  • Fixed: Navigation continues to work even after the INS is turned off.
  • Fixed: INS drift is not GPS corrected and INS drift adds up to more than 1000 ft over time.

NOTE: AN/ASP-33 Advanced Targeting Pod (ATP) Update: Although our hope and intention was to release this new targeting pod for the Viper by the end of Quarter 2 of 2025, it requires a bit more time in testing to ensure a quality release that will include new features like Multi-Target Tracking (MTT), Picture-in-Picture that combines the infrared and TV cameras, Extended Range (XR) functions, and more. This targeting pod is planned for release in summer 2025.

DCS: AH-64D by Eagle Dynamics

  • Fixed: Logic for removal of TADS from crewmember's ACQ list.
  • Fixed: BOOST button cannot be manually enabled.

NOTE: Other remaining features are in development like The FCR Terrain Profile Mode (TPM) mode and all new George as CPG commands to allow much more extensive and realistic operation. Both are planned for release in summer 2025.

DCS: CH-47F by Eagle Dynamics

  • MFD updates:
    • Implemented HSD Hover display mode (HSDH):
      • The mode is functional in both FULL and HALF display formats.
      • Hover ACP in HSDH mode is displayed for the following flight plan leg types: HOV, STP, LND via L6 bezel key.

      • Hover display scale can be changed via L7 bezel key.

General:

  • Fixed artifact when canopy is opened mid-air.

Weapons:

  • Now "Cannon 300-600m and missile lock/unlock button" release (return back to 30 degrees scan) will not break R550 target lock. To break lock the button should be pressed again.
  • Fixed some types of payload that were restoring when jettisoned with 'Unlimited Weapons' option enabled.
  • Reduced Sidewinder and Magic missiles launch preparation times, when those are launched unarmed (jettisoned for example).

Systems:

  • Both radio channels selectors now have a delay before repetitive action is started, when those are activated by the corresponding 'clockwise' and 'counterclockwise' input commands.
  • Improved Optical Sight font readability, removed font artifacts at lower zooms.

DCS: C-101 Aviojet by AvioDev

  • Fixed not working 4 stations ripple launches.
  • Airspeed indicator reference bug now has unrestricted 360 degrees rotation.
  • The standby horizon is now remaining caged when pulling the knob and turning it fully clockwise.
  • Fixed the problem with the rear cockpit throttle being not properly animated.
  • RIP mode logic was updated - bombs are dropped now one by one, not in pairs.
  • A/A missiles are jettisoned now by performing inert launch (previously they were dropped like a bomb).
  • Emergency jettison is performed by pairs now - outboard, inboard, center stations, with 300 ms time intervals.
  • Reduced Sidewinder and Magic missiles launch preparation times, when those are launched unarmed (jettisoned for example).

DCS: A-10C Operation Agile Spear Campaign by Combat King Simulations

Major weight reduction program - reduced file size of voiceovers and briefing/intel images, etc. to reduce overall campaign size and (hopefully) decrease loading times and the possibility of crashes.     • Improved the stabilator simulation in ground effect - reduced the effectiveness very close to the ground and at high pitch angles.
    • Minor adjustments to the airflow around the AoA probe with landing gear down. On speed should be slightly faster now.
  • Flight Model: Reduced slat induced pitch oscillations when slowly passing the slat deployment/retraction AoA range. This should eliminate some of the “porpoising” that could happen when flying in specific airspeeds and AoAs. 
  • Flight Model: Improved the slats overcenter simulation.
  • Systems: Fixed cockpit pressure initial value at hot start, which could also cause JESTER to freak out at high altitudes.
  • Systems: Fixed the location of the landing gear limit switches and the related landing door operations issues like an occasionally stuck inner door.
  • Systems: Tuned the pressure regulators of the hydraulic pumps to keep the max pressure closer to 3000 psi.

  • Night Lighting: Made a pass to improve night lighting visuals, distances and extant issues, including:

    • Improved distance at which nav/collision lighting is visible across most LoDs.
    • Fixed formation lights (slimelights) disappearing on wingtips beyond 100m. 
    • Fixed wingtip lights not moving with wings with distant LODs.
  • Forrestal: First pass to significantly improve Forrestal class lighting system:
    • IFLOLS is not visible from the sides anymore. 
    • Runway lighting is visible from a longer distance.

  • Increased refueling probe light distance; the basket should now be more visible when doing AAR at night.

DCS Mirage F1 by Aerges

General:

  • Module options are taken from the server mission now only for F1BE in multiplayer, and when it has 'Solo Flight' option disabled. In all other cases the options are read from local settings.
  • Added shortcut for ‘Ready for pre-contact’ radio message to tanker.

Systems:

  • Fixed IFF panel being non-clickable in multiplayer missions.
  • Navigation and formation lights should now be correctly visible on other clients in multiplayer.
  • Fixed external animations that were stopped once the pilot ejected. It was especially noticeable with navigation lights in 'flash' operating mode. Other affected animations are landing and refueling lights (F1EE).
  • Fixed inoperative 'Light and panel lighting rheostat Axis' input command.
  • Fixed left wing fuel tank requiring unrealistically high Gs to rip off.

Weapons:

  • Fixed bug that prevented radar missile launch in auto mode.
  • R550 pylon fire safety flap now, once retracted, doesn’t extend anymore when IAS drops below 150 kts.
  • Fixed Sidewinder audio being not heard, when only the left wingtip pylon had a missile loaded.
  • AIM-9B and AIM-9P missiles now can be launched only when g load is less than 6G.
  • R550 missile launch can be activated now with intermittent track (i.e. with chopped lock tone). The missile will be actually launched once the steady track was established.
  • R550 intermittent to steady track transition time now depends on the target off boresight angle at the moment when it was detected.
  • Implemented R550 missile 30 degrees wide scan. The currently existing 5 degrees narrow scan (boresight scan) is enabled while "Cannon 300-600m and missile lock/unlock button" is held pressed.
  • R550 and SW missiles can be locked now and missile audio can be heard with Master Arm in OFF. In these conditions the missiles can't be launched, and the missiles status will not be displayed on the Optical Sight.
  • R550, SW, and R530 IR missiles will not be displayed as ready on the Optical Sight, before their gyros spin up is complete.
  • R550 missiles will not be emergency jettisoned until the pylons safety flaps are in (once IAS is greater than 150 kts).

DCS: Data Transfer Cartridge (DTC) by Eagle Dynamics

This initial release of the DTC will allow you to create custom countermeasure programs and radio communication presets for the DCS: F/A-18C and DCS: F-16C. In future updates, this will be expanded to include more mission planning data like navigation waypoints, targets, threats, datalinks, route points, weapon settings, and more. The functionality will also be extended to other aircraft such as DCS: AH-64D and DCS: A-10C II Tank Killer.

DTC programs can be created in the Mission Editor and prior to flying a single-player or multiplayer mission from the Briefing Screen. DTC programs can be saved, exported, and imported, allowing you to create multiple DTC programs for each aircraft based on the mission, and allow you to share DTC programs with friends.

Weapons:

Introducing Mission State Save feature that will allow you to save mission states between mission play sessions. It is working with custom unprotected missions that you can make in mission editor to make any story for yourself and play it over several sessions and save meaningful mission parameters and events like destroyed units, date/time and current location of all aircraft and their waypoints etc. Mission state save generates a new .miz file which you can edit in the mission editor before continuing your story if needed. Dedicated server has a new .sav file type to support automatic mission state save and be less demanding on server administrator. This feature is WIP and initially aimed at the average user with no advanced mission scripting knowledge. We want to form its future updates based on your feedback and also add some support if possible that will be requested by community advanced content creators.

This option will be off by default in missions created before this update, and enabled by default in new missions. The mission maker can decide which option suits the scenario.
  • AI aircraft. Added new “Anchored” orbit for tankers. This allows custom leg length and width for orbit.
  • AI ground. HY-2 Silkworm anti ship missile. The calculation of the target visibility range to the horizon has been corrected. The missile will be launched at a greater range if it is located on a hill.

Known Issues:

  • We are aware about bug with oversized explosion craters appearing in some cases, it is very sporadic bug and we are working on debugging it
  • Automatic Mission State save for .sav missions on dedicated server when you stop or restart mission does not take into account clients/players current positions at the moment of save and just returns them at their starting points. Other manual save methods does account positions and save them.
  • While you are inside simulation there are some hotkeys combinations still active even when you are typing file name in dialogue window for the Mission Save file. Avoid using SHIFT+R to write capital R as it will also be read by simulation as a command that by default mapped to mission restart action. Best workaround is to not use capital letters for typing while in the dialogue window during the game.

  • Improved FСR synchronization. 
    Known synchronization bugs that we are working on:
    • FCR animation for all users (currently only displayed for helicopter host).
    • RMAP background (missing) on first client login if HOST scanned and stopped. With subsequent scan packets, everything is displayed for everyone.
  • Fixed: Position Hold oscillation:
    • When initially engaged, Position Hold can cause some large oscillations in attitude and lateral velocity. At times, the Position Hold can generate a ground speed in the opposite direction well beyond the initial position and velocity when initially engaged.
    • When disengaged, Position Hold seems to generate an erroneous input through the SCAS. For example, if the helicopter was in a stable and trimmed hover and the Force Trim/Hold Mode switch is pressed to the aft position to disengage Position Hold, the green SCAS indicator may jump aft, incurring a nose up attitude when such a movement was neither commanded nor necessary.
  • Fixed: RWR displays AI AH-64D FCR as "U" Unknown Fixed-Wing, even when AI AH-64D does not have FCR installed.
    • AH-64D FCR removed from AH-64D RWR classification library.
  • Fixed: HAI - The left wheel sinks into the ground upon landing.
  • Fixed: No fire zone NFZ desync in multicrew.
  • Fixed: RFHO target data erased when FCR selected as sight on FCR-equipped AH-64D.
