Here is a livery of the 3rd Tactical Fighter Squadron -airframe 03-8509- as it was painted for the JASDF's 60th anniversary in 2014 at Misawa Airbase.

It contains 2 authentic paint scheme of JASDF.

There are 5 liveries from JASDF's Air Development and Test Wing in this package.

- 3 liveries from airframe 63-8501 (which is prototype 01) at various periods in time.

- 1 livery from airframe 33-8523 in operational camouflage.

These liveries stencils are adapted for the F-16 as i think it's more relevant than a straight copy of the F-2 stencils.

Here is a livery of the 21st Fighter Training Squadron -airframe 33-8119 (originally a Mitsubishi F-2B)- as it was painted for the JASDF's 50th anniversary in 2004 at Matsushima Airbase. This was made in collaboration with Jack.

In fact, there are 2 liveries in this package, the original which have mirrored text from the port side to the starboard side and a version of the livery with the text not reversed on the starboard side.

This livery's stencils are adapted for the F-16 as i think it's more relevant than a straight copy of the F-2 stencils.

This package contains 3 special JASDF liveries from 2019.

The first one is from the 3rd Tactical Fighter Squadron (airframe 13-8513) with the "Final Year in Misawa" special livery.
The second one is from the 6th Tactical Fighter Squadron (airframe 33-8523) with the squadron's 60th anniversary livery.
The third one is from the 8th Tactical Fighter Squadron (airframe 13-8514) with a special marking.

These liveries were made by azbee_VBI using my base 6th TFS livery. They were intended for private use only by azbee but they looked so good that i asked him if i could publish them, luckily he agreed!

The 411th Tactical Fighter Squadron 'Griffins' were established at the onset of the Osean War in 1940 as the 411th Pursuit Training Squadron , training aircrews in basic fighter combat. Following the end of the war, the unit was granted to the Califia Air National Guard out of Naval Air Station St Hewitt in 1946. Following a tumultuous early history of neglect, culminating in the entire Califian Air National Guard to have direct oversight fr om the Air Defense Force as a whole, the unit would enter the jet age in 1955, and become a lethal force with their adoption of the F-4C Phantom in the mid 1960s.

In the 1980's the Unit would transfer into the F-16A, and fly them throughout the Belkan War until 2000, with the Addition of the 408th TFS Allowing for the Griffins to transfer into the F-15C. The unit would gain notoriety during the Circum-Pacific war wh ere their fighters would help defend Port St Hewlett from Yuktobanian Attack.


Today, the 411th still stands alert at Port St Hewitt

Following the Belkan War, and the 148th Fighter Squadron 'Fighting Wrens' operational role switching from Air Defense to Foreign Military Training, The Osean Air Defense Force set out to establish a new air national guard unit in Southern Osea to fulfill the Air Defense Needs. In June of 1998, it was announced that Califia would be taking on the new Squadron and the 408th was reactivated as a Tactical Fighter Squadron flying F-2A "Viper Zeros", with Aircraft delivery in 2000 and full operational capabilities in late 2001.

The Squadron would not see any service outside of Training until 2010 during the Yuktobanian Air Raid over November City. Due to miscommunication between Units, the Combat Air Patrol overhead the city lacked reinforcements until a detachment of the 408th arrived under the Governor's orders. Quickly the additional support routed the enemy attack and saving the city.

Today the 408 stands as the southern Guardians of Osea, ready for whoever or whatever comes their way
