Since the sub is scheduled to arrive sometime before 5am at the Tripoli docks, this will be a night hop. Launch time: 2000 hours
RED TASK:
One Kilo diesel/electric submarine...approx. 100nm off the coast of Haifa.
BRIEF:
Single F-16 departing Paphos airfield, Cyprus.
You are loaded and ready to launch. You are currently carrying 2 AGM-65G Maverick missiles, an AN/AAQ Advanced Targeting Pod, and air/air weapons. You will need to maintain a low profile, since the sub is capable of detecting you 80nm out, above 200feet. If it should detect you, it will submerge, and you will lose your chance. The target should be somewhere between WPT-3 and WPT-4 by the time you arrive on station. WPT -2 is 5nm from the 80nm RADAR detection, so make sure you are below 200ft. When you RTB, WPT-5 is your IAF and WPT-6 is the airbase
