T045 - Adding Full Feature Drop-Ins Part II

This is the mission "T045 More Helo Rescue Action" that we use in part 2 of the "DML Drop-In" video tutorial. Here we add hand-crafted CSAR missions, randomize them, add Sea SAR, and finally allow the player to request CSAR missions on demand.
