F-15C livery based on UPEO faction in Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere.
This is a livery inspired by UPEO faction in Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere. Although even in international release, F-15 version in that game retains General Resource colors, this is an example of how would Eagle look in such colors. Any fixes will be in the future!
