A compact but complete pilot and RIO checklist.

This is a compact checklist which has been optimized for sim work. Highlights:
- no-nonsense, only relevant items for a "casual realistic" simming style
- Sequence is optimized for the sim, it does not even try to follow real-life documents
- Shaded items are meant to be executed silently, while others should be "challenge-response" fr om the RIO
- This is for grown-ups... it does not get into every single action (e.g. "engine start" implies a series of actions)
