The renewed tensions between the Georgian Government and Abkhazian seperatists has led to various disruptions of Government Services in the north western part of the country. Fearing a repeat of the Abkhaz–Georgian conflict the Gerogian Government has requested the US send a Carrier Strike Group into the Black Sea as a show of support from its western allies.
So far Russia has not commented on the escalating situation but our intelligence shows the 4th Air Force, Air Defence Command and the Black Sea Fleet mobilizing assets.
Based on this Information we should expect increased presence of Tu-95 Bears conducting long range reconnaissance sorties out of Maykop-Khanskaya.
We will be conducting around the clock BARCAP flights aimed at protecting the fleet and enforcing a 100NM no fly zone around the CSG.

Russian A50 Mainstay is operating out of Maykop-Khanskaya
as well as various Su-30 Flankers.
Russian Air Defence and EW are also active up and down the coast.
Mission Tasks
--------------------
Take up BARCAP position 100 NNE of the Carrier Strike Group and enforce the no fly Zone. Work with Wizard 1 to maintain situational AWARENESS.
All suspicious Aircraft are to be intercepted and escorted until Wizard 1 gives us notification that the contact is outside our no-fly zone. As we are operating in international Airspace expect civilian traffic in the AO.
We expect you to Patrol at Max Fuel Conserve as this will be a long Sortie.
