The 114th Fighter Squadron (114 FS) is a unit of the Oregon Air National Guard 173d Fighter Wing located at Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base, Klamath Falls, Oregon. The 114th is equipped with the F-15C Eagle.
In 2020 the USAF announced for the Oregon Air National Guard (OR ANG) to be one of the first units to receive the F-15EX 'Eagle II' to replace their F-15C aircraft, however on May 25th 2023 it was announced that the 173rd Fighter Wing would become the Formal Training Unit for the F-35A in lieu of the F-15EX.
This skin is a "What if" the 173rd, and by extension 114th Fighter Squadron, Formally adopted the F-15EX, based on current aircraft markings.
