Our DCS: P-47D Thunderbolt will be moving to release state in the coming update. This remarkably rugged and dependable aircraft offers superb gameplay over our World War II battlefields, especially as it was a successful escort fighter and highly-effective ground attack aircraft.

The new World War II airframe Damage Model will now take into account more detailed principles such as: load-bearing elements, their material, control systems, electrical systems, geometric dimensions and explosive characteristics of various ammunition types.
