Restores the default Russian and Ukrainian liveries to the previous brighter and more saturated versions.

Made this American flag cockpit. Feel free to use it on your liveries and edit it as you want.

I updated the tires roughmets in order for the tires to look more realistic, I didn't quite like how "plasticky" they looked when the normal roughmet is used. Feel free to use it for your liveries.
