The Serpents Head is a six mission F18C Campaign. It starts in Nevada and ends in the Caucasus region, so both maps are required. (I have issued a version just in the Caucasus Map area for those of you without the Nevada Map). The campaign is story line based and follows the progress of “Ford” (yourself) and his involvement in a new conflict in the Caucasus Region. As in 2008 this is once again in the beleaguered area of Ossetia and Gori. This conflict is gathering pace at an alarming rate such that the West have sent in a multinational force to the Black Sea in the form of some ground forces but primarily a naval fleet with the USS John C Stennis at its heart. We join “Ford” during his last flight over Nevada, before he leaves first light.

This Reduced Version of "The Serpents Head" is a five mission F18C Campaign. It is only to be used if you do not have the Nevada Map. If you do you should use the full version. The Campaign is story line based and follows the progress of “Ford” (yourself) and his involvement in a new conflict in the Caucasus Region. As in 2008 this is once again in the beleaguered area of Ossetia and Gori. This conflict is gathering pace at an alarming rate such that the West have sent in a multinational force to the Black Sea in the form of some ground forces but primarily a naval fleet with the USS John C Stennis at its heart. We join “Ford” on the way to the Stennis just after completing an aerial refuel 154 miles from the carrier.

A massive multiplayer mission designed with realism in mind for training and learning air to ground tactics. Capable of supporting 4 independent flights(hawg, tusk, pig, boar) each with their own randomized tasking complete with voice overs. Sorties are likely to be different on each mission reset and require flights to mix and match weapon loadouts for the greatest chance of success, Supports Supercarrier and non-Supercarrier operations. Helos can also participate in sorties with aircraft and perform SAR/CSAR. Read the briefing carefully. Future updates to Syria and the addition of Cyprus/airports will allow for additional aircraft to be supported.

This is a mission to strike the Syrian Nuclear Reactor Site.  This is the first mission in a campaign that I am building, I would like feed back please so I can make changes, that might be needed, so I can move on the next 10 missions that I am currently working on.  I used open beta to make this mission.  I am including the fictional skin for the Israeli airforce needs to be placed here: openbeta/coremods/aircraft/FA-18C/liveries/FA-18C  the mission goes in your aircraft mission folder

In prep for the F14 SQNs nearly ready to join our fleet, All jets are called back to the fleet ready for a tour of operations. Our F18S are our long range escorts today. you will be escorting a kc130 and s3b to Novorsik, you will land on the carrier to join the fleet. Tensions are high so keep aware and be ready for anything, Russia are trying to show some form of power , if they push to far, you are cleared to take them out,  

With British & some U.N. diplomatic assistance we Americans have come to an agreement with Russia to hand a significant blow to Syria. For this the British Ministry of Defence has authorized the use of Akrotiri for Joint U.S.-Russian Operations against Damascus, the heart & brain of Syria. SEE BRIEFING.
