Replaces the VR Petrovich reticle with a simple white dot.

Remember to check the "Hide boxes in Pilot AI menu" option on your aircraft, then you will actually be able to see what you are pointing Petrovich towards, instead of having your view completely blocked by useless numbers and UI.

Finally the GAU-12 Equalizer is back. I adjusted a single value in this file and now the pipper no longer needs to be aimed over the target to hit it. Just put the thing on the thing when in range, and fire! Probably breaks IC.

v2: adjusted pipper to -1.55 value. Please comment your results.

Ka-50

Ka-50 allow KH-25 on all pylons

Quick lua edit to allow the Ka-50 to carry the big laser guided missiles on all 4 pylons.

Remember these do not track well in manual mode at close range, the missile may have problems tracking the laser this way. I have confirmed all 4 pylons track the laser and there are no clipping issues, although the missiles do sit close to each other. (see screenshot)

Works great in pairs!
