In this mission you will fly scout missions at the border to Russia. Your Task is to find and destroy enemy Special forces infiltrating the finnish border region.

At the moment there are 7 missions, that will randomly spawn, each time you load the mission.

Hey folks, this is the mission I used in my video "MiG-29 SCRAMBLE - Protect Strategic Bomber". Here the objective is to take off and try to intercept two Finnish F/A-18s that are trying to intercept a Tu-95 bomber. I'm warning you that it's not easy. I had to try several times since we'll be at a numerical and technological disadvantage. If you want to try several times, I recommend you configure it to start the mission already in the air. That way you don't waste time. So, enjoy.

Another mission of me trying to tribute my favourite game of all times: Ace Combat 5.

The mysterious benefactor who sent encrypted messages to the Kestrel is revealed to be Captain Bartlett, who escaped from imprisonment and joined the Yuktobanian resistance. This time, he needs the Razgriz to cover his escape from Yuktobania with the freed Prime Minister Nikanor. The squadron travels to the Pobeda Peninsula and clears the way for Bartlett, before confronting and shooting down the Grabacr Squadron.

Another mission of me trying to tribute my favourite game of all times: Ace Combat 5.

Another encrypted message points towards Payavlenie Ravine in Yuktobania. There, the Razgriz Squadron discovers a Yuktobanian anti-war resistance cell, led by Alyosha, trying to dismantle one of the Belkan nuclear bombs. Alyosha requires the Razgriz to take out the Yuktobanian military searching for them. The situation is worsened by a Yuktobania's air defense system that limits the Razgriz to flying inside the canyon. After they destroy the enemy search parties, they are confronted by the Ofnir Squadron, the Yuktobanian counterpart to the Grabacr (who posed as the Osean 8492nd), and shoot them down. The nuke is successfully dismantled and sunk into the Ceres Ocean. En route, Alyosha forwards another message from their mysterious benefactor to the Razgriz, which hints that Captain Bartlett is still alive.

It is decided that the Belkan facility at Mt. Schirm, which was actually housing the nuclear weapons used in the last war, must be sealed for good to prevent any chance of nuclear weapons being smuggled out of it. Razgriz Squadron raids the facility and seals it by collapsing the mountain side it is dug into. Unbeknownst to them, however, the Belkans have already transported three nuclear bombs out of it.

This is a touchy mission - we have hard intel that there is going to be an information and personnel transfer to a submarine south of Sifjorden by about four miles.

Our information is sketchy, but these assets must not be allowed to fall into the hands of the enemy - all of their vehicles are coaltion vehicles, but our intel is solid - thisa is a live fire situation, gentlemen!

Your job is to destroy the enemy convoy first to ensure no one escapes, and then try to take out the sub - Andoya Airbase will be able to rerarm and refuel you as needed.

The British fleet departed its base on 18 August and launched the first raid against Kaafjord on the morning of 22 August. The attack failed, and a small raid that evening inflicted little damage. Attacks were conducted on 24 and 29 August and were also failures. Tirpitz had been hit by two bombs during the raid on 24 August, but neither caused significant damage. British losses during Operation Goodwood were 17 aircraft to all causes, a frigate sunk by a submarine, and an escort carrier badly damaged. German forces suffered the loss of 12 aircraft and damage to 7 ships.

More historical location of the Tirpitz in the fiords of Norway, support a flight of Mosquitos , or fly a Mosquito to try and sink the Tirpitz, Fly a FW 190 D9 to the Tirpitz area and patrol, or take off from an airfield in a Spitfire to give support to the RAF.
Kola map works perfect for this, the few modern objects in the area have been removed so feels like WWII.

Learning the mission editor more and more (far from an expert) and preparing to make a mission with the Corsair and Hellcat taking off from a carrier to support the attacks on the Tirpitz as it happened in WWII

Voici le contexte qui peut être utilisé avec cette carte : --- Années 2026 :  Après 4 ans de guerre, la machine de guerre Russe s’essouffle et l’économie en pâtit. Les États-Unis implante une entreprise sur le sol Ukrainien et un cessez le feu total est signé entre la Russie et l’Ukraine mais la Russie conserve les territoires gagnés -  Année 2040 :  La nouvelle fédération des Balkans voit le jour et réunit le Monténégro, la Serbie, la Macédoine, l’Albanie, la Bosnie, l’Herzégovine, le Kosovo, la Roumanie, la Slovénie la Bulgarie, la Croatie. L’ensemble de ces pays quittent l’OTAN.  La Turquie ayant multipliée des incidents avec ses partenaires de l’OTAN, notamment en renforçant sa coopération militaire avec la Russie quitte l’OTAN.  Année 2050 : L’impact climatique en Russie soumet la nation à de fortes libérations de gaz, de virus anciens avec une forte prolifération de marécages. This is a pack of 19 missions, heavily inspired by but not directly copied from the Microprose flight simulator "Fleet Defender". Included are nine assorted F-14A Tomcat missions. Some of these missions have alternative options, for example to play with or without the VSN A-6A mod, or to start in the air instead of on the deck. Some, but not all, of the missions are slightly random, typically different enemy aircraft. For example, Mission 09 will assign two of six possible encounters.  You are allowed to freely modify or fix these as your heart desires but please don't redistribute them under the same name! Requires F-14, Kola, Supercarrier.  This download will patch the Part 1 missions to have the carrier group start at speed rather than static.

There are three "Bonus Missions" included:
01B is a remake of the first mission, flown as a Norwegian F-5 pilot rather than a US Navy Tomcat pilot.
02B allows you to fly the TARPS jet rather than escort it.
05B puts you in the cockpit of a Finnish MiG-21Bis on neutrality patrol.

Please note that I don't consider myself a great mission maker.  You are allowed to freely modify or fix these as your heart desires but please don't redistribute them under the same name!

Nordic Response is a 'realistic lite' campaign for the Viggen, consisting of 12 missions, many of which are loosely based on / inspired by Heatblur's Mjolnir Response and Wrath of Thunder campaigns. This time, however, the action will take place not over the Caucasus, but the Kola peninsula, depicting a hypothetical war between NATO and Russia in the early 1990s. What’s more, in Nordic Response the player is also to carry out an interception, as well as performing Toss Bombing & Radar Bombing missions, among other things.

Been a ‘realistic lite’ campaign, Nordic Response is neither super realistic nor super hardcore. I tried to make things as plausible as I could, but it was also important to me to create a (hopefully) fun and entertaining experience. Besides, I’m not an expert in the matter. As far as complexity and difficulty of the missions are concerned, I think this campaign is roughly on a par with Mjolnir Response / Wrath of Thunder.

Bankler's famous Trap Training mission moved to Kola after permission from Bankler.

I have edited some of the surrounding parts of the mission and added a few things.

- Statics and AI activity on the carrier from mission start
- Human airborne jets moved to 30nm to give a good time to set up the brake
- Carrier Group consistency changed to mimic CVW-8 in 2006 (https://www.seaforces.org/usnair/CVW/Carrier-Air-Wing-8.htm)
- units used from other mods (FRENCHPACK, desdemicabina-simulations Álvaro de Bazán, Military Aircraft Mod, EA_6B, A-4E-C, T-45) - I opted to add the mods as dependencies as they are all stunning work and ad a bit of atmosphere and realism to the mission.
- New scripting to give updated BRC course from the carriers magnetic heading. Can be called via menu on demand.
- Added Recovery Tanker, AWACS and Caps via moose scripting

We're in 2010. Banak is constantly under attack by Russian forces and the RNoAF has established a squadron of F-16s to do CAP, defending the town of Lakselv and the airbase Banak.

In the past we've seen Su-34, MiG-29 and Tu-95, but that doesn't single out any other Russian aircraft.

A prior shift of two F-16s are inbound (Dodge). They are low on fuel, but they will assist you if there are any current threats.

Get ready for your 45 minute shift.

Introduce a new mission called RAY OF LIGHT. This mission is all about honing your helicopter piloting skills in a fun and engaging way. Our goal? To rescue sailors in distress at sea. You’ll need to bring those sailors to safety on vessels that aren’t standing still! For some of you, this might be easy, but I’ve got an additional challenge in store: Can you complete this mission at night, in bad weather, with low visibility? I created this mission because I felt there was a gap for these kinds of scenarios. It’s inspired by the brave coast guard helicopter crews, who risk their lives to save others, often in terrible weather conditions. It’s my tribute to them and a way for you to push your flying skills to the next level.
