Romanian Air Force - Grupul 7 Vanatoare
for Spitfire, Mustang, BF109 and FW190
This is a fictional representation for Romanian "Grupul 7 Vanatoare" (7th Group Fighters), which was the most successful romanian air group in the WW2. They had Donald Duck as distinctive mark on their rear fuselage in order to show their symphaty to US even they were on Axis side until 23rd August 1944. The white strips on front symbolize their personal victories.
I had a lot of good time adapting their paint scheme on all WW2 planes available in DCS at this moment: P51, Spitfire, FW190, BF109.
The only closest representation is for BF 109 flown by Ioan DiCesare. The real variant was the Bf 109E-3 and the engine cowling inscription "Hai Fetito", meaning something like "Go Girly" is referencing the pilot´s favorite racehorse, "Fetita".
