This mission is a recreation of a sortie that was ordered on the first day of Desert Storm (Jan 17, 1991).

Note: Geographically, Iran has been substituted for Iraq.

4 F-18s were tasked with bombing the H3 airbase in western Iraq. They were accompanied by 6 F-15s and a Hawkeye early warning aircraft. The number and types of aircraft on both sides, and the order of events are accurately represented but everything else (weather, distance/altitude, weapons, etc.) is my best estimate.

I tried to create aesthetic paper-kneeboard for you favourite planes, so you will always feel like in real aircraft! Don't forget to use NIGHT friendly version!

This is my attempt to create true-to-current DCS standarts RWR sheet for newbie players (or unexperienced, like me), because many RWR creators use DCS's rwr.lua file, which contains outdated codes, refers to emitters not presented in DCS nowadays, and so forth. I excluded many of them, checked all of them, added types-of-radar designation for ease of use and ranges of engagement and search, when emitter starts to pop-up on screen. Comment if you have any suggestions!

Update 05.05.21: V2.1
- Kneeboards underwent renaming to co-exist together. Using all of my kneeboards in conjunction won't blind you suddenly when scrolling through night pages. There's a day and night groups now.

Update 05.05.21: V2.1
- Kneeboards underwent renaming to co-exist together. Using all of my kneeboards in conjunction won't blind you suddenly when scrolling through night pages. There's a day and night groups now.

This pack represents VMFA-451 Warlords when they were deployed with CVW-13 on the U.S.S. Coral Sea in 1989 wearing the AK tail code. This was the only year the squadron was ever deployed at sea.

The squadron is based out of Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans and is part of the United States Navy Reserve's Tactical Support Wing. Their radio callsign is "River" and their tail code is AF.
