Based on real events, this is a direct sequel to my previous A-10 mission (Operation Illois, https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3342707/) in which you provided CAS for SBS (Special Boat Service) operators. One year on, you will provide CAS for many of those same operators who are now exacting their revenge on the Taliban commander responsible for the deaths of their colleagues. This mission is immersive, with accurate comms, geography, and callsigns.
Operation Tetris was a capture-or-kill mission against Mullah Daldullah, a notorious warlord, second only to Mullah Omar, and Taliban chief in charge of Taliban military operations. Tracked by American intelligence, he was located in Baram Chah - a lawless, barren, trading post in the middle of the Dishu desert near the border with Pakistan.
This mission is playable solo as A-10A/C, or with a friend playing AH-64. You will be tasked by your JTAC for three specific task types and will need to avoid civilian casualties.
