On the map you can reproduce fierce air battles by Allied fighters and Luftwaffe, recreate guerrilla operations and the French resistance uprising in Paris, raids in the rear on a Mosquito high-speed bomber and train hunting on a P47 heavy fighter.

On the DCS: Normandy 2.0 map, new real-time lighting is implemented, but due to the blackouts during the war, lighting of airfields, ports and cities, including London and Paris, is available when choosing the mission time to be 1946.

On the map DCS: Normandy 2.0, 69 airfields will be available to users. In addition to Allied deployment airfields, English Farnborough, Chailey, Ford and Heathrow, as well as French Lonrai, Cormeilles-en-Vexin and Villacoublay have been recreated.
