In the mid-late 1980’s the PC-9/A replaced the MB-326H jet trainer and was the backbone of the Australian Air Force and Navy pilot training. Beyond its training role, the PC-9/A was operated by the RAAF Roulettes demonstration team and used in Forward Air Control (FAC).
