Hi All,

Ever since I have had the SDXL, I have wanted a profile that 'I' found useful for the F/A-18C that covered as many options that I use on the keyboard.

As a result, based on the Charles Tytler, and DCS-BIOS configuration, I created my own profile.

Where at all possible, and probably in a total of about 99.9% of the total profile, are all based on the direct interface with the F/A-18C Module. There may be one standard keyboard press for a function, but I a damned if I can remember which one it was.

I have included everything I have, all graphic files, Font's, .ai file for button masters, literally everything I can think of, as it may help someone.

I thank skypickle from the forums on being a sort of guinea pig in the testing. SkyPickle pointed out the lack of the Font used in Adobe Illustrator, so I have added this to the Adobe Masterfile folder.

The file named 'TC-Notes-01-11122021.txt' contains installation information.

The skins are based on the public paintkit. I've only adjusted modex, BuNo and names to match the markings of that time as well as making a little color correction. 111 is unnamed though, since I could not find any pilot names for that bird. After that, VF-103 changed their liveries to include diagonal stripes on the forward fuselage and tanks for all birds as well as removed the SECDEF Phoenix logo on the tails.

In single player, it always annoyed me that I can't read the briefing during ingress without pausing.

You are UZI flight taking off from the Supercarrier CVN 73 and eventually landing on CVN 71. This is a goodwill mission that will also help you hone your low vis approaches due to scattered sea fog.
Land at all the airports marked as waypoints in your nav computer. See F10 Menu for waypoint definition and runway bearing/course.
Nicosia airbase is closed and should be a touch and go only. Pinarbashi runway is very short, so dump fuel down to 3600 lbs before approach.
After Pinarbashi you may need to rendezvous with tanker (Arco 1 - 1).

Note that the situation in Idlib province is tense with the Turkish military threatening to shoot down any Russian or Syrian jets that attack its allies on the ground.

On 5th of May 2020, the Luftwaffe unveiled Typhoon 30+96 at Nörvenich airforce base in flashing special colours.  The Eurofighter from the Boelcke Geschwader is named "Sword of Boelcke". The livery aims to recognise the reconnaissance missions role of the jet.

This is a course has high speed, low speed, obstacles and will really let you get the feel of your plane. 179 Gates to fly through. Aircraft carriers in the ocean with flying F-18's above the course. 90% of the gates are below 300ft. At the end are 2 sets of steel triangles to fly through. I believe they are cranes used to lift the cargo containers off the ships. Take off from runway, run the course and land for the final gate. This will not be easy as with any track or course, there are going to be spots that will throw you off until you learn it. I would have to say that this will be hard for some, but it will be easy if you fly it slow. Well, except for flying through the Triangles. All you crazy guys who like to fly full speed in between buildings and such should enjoy this. I put a video up on my channel showing the entire run from my saved track as a preview. Update v 1.3: Kept RangeScript by Ciribob, removed CVN-71 and 476 vFG Range Targets
Update v 1.4: Corrected some information in the mission briefing.

Use radio "F10 Other..." to activate the helper gates on ground. Switch on A-G mode, select Mk 76 bomb. If you use MAN mode use the UFC to se t your reticle depression. Try to hit the targets with your bombs. Follow the pattern to repeat. This mission includes all four variants (high, medium, low, oblique), selected via the radio.

Helper Gates don't work in Multiplayer
