Relations between China and the USA are falling apart and the South Pacific area is being the first place to feel it. Skirmishes are becoming more and more frequent and tension is rising up.

Most of the Pacific Forces are in the middle of some joint military exercises, so the defence of the isles resides mainly in the hands of the remaining planes in Andersen AFB and the CVN-71 Theodore Roosevelt, which is in the area.

Radar detects an unexpected visit and it is important to show them that they are not welcome.

This mission lets you practice entering random MGRS coordinates as a steerpoint, and attack targets at that point, guided by an airborne JTAC (Pontiac). Depending on the enemy ground units, you'll be asked to either use GBU-12 (guided by Pontiac) or CBU-97.

A new group of enemy units will spawn once you've cleared out your current task.

Change the loadout as you like, default is 4 x GBU-12 + 6 x CBU-97 + C/L fuel tank

You will need the free Marianas map.

I have always thought of creating a Test and Training Range on the Marianas map dedicated in particular to air to ground.
There are several aircraft available that you can use, in particular:
F / A-18C, F-16C, A-10 II, AV-8B, Mirage 2000C and also Apache helicopters.
The Shooting Range was built on the island of Aguijan and you can choose which type of land unit to attack, just select it in the F10 menu of the radio under "other".
In addition to the TTR to use with your multiplayer flight companions, you can use the map for many other situations, even to fly alone and practice refueling in flight, or landing on the Truman aircraft carrier.
I hope I have done a good job and above all something useful for everyone to learn how to fly on your favorite plane.

This is a sequel to my Pac Strike 01 mission.  The PLAN surface group has retreated west of Guam, but a PLAN CV group has rolled in, and surged an Alpha strike against land targets, likely Andersen AFB and the US Navy base.  Possibly two dozen PLANAF jets inbound.  Don't let them make it back home!

Intercept the incoming Chinese H-6 Bombers and escorts. You can fly F-16, F-14 or F/A-18 on this mission. Single or multiplayer.
