Description Update: 04/06/2024.
All enemy kills recorded in the Logbook. Egyptian intelligence reports increased radio chatter between opposition groups in Cairo.  Combined w/a cyber attack a few hours ago that took down all radar-based SAMs in the area, there's a high probability of further attacks on Cairo.  The military is scrambling all available fighters in a show of force over Cairo while local authorities investigate 4 locations pinged during the cyber attack.

Once confirmed, EGF will mark enemy locations w/Red Smoke and friendly positions w/Blue Smoke.  CAS units will then proceed to clear those areas of hostiles.

Western Coalition forces in the region will be providing additional air support.

The mission can be completed using any jet or helicopter.  The following aircraft are selectable during the mission: A-10C II, AV-8B, F-14B, F-15E SE4+, F-16C, F/A-18C, JF-17, Su-25T, Su-33, Su-34, AH-64D, Ka-50, Ka-50 III, Mi-24P

A mod that adds a new carrier capable Su-25T variant inspired by the Su-25UTG with an invisible tailhook. I am currently trying to figure out how I can add a physical hook model that we can all see, and have completed the 3d model and animations for it.

This version was featured in the original mod but I chose exclude it. After getting a few requests to bring it back I have uploaded it as its own separate mod.

The catapult system for this mod was not written by me, that credit goes entirely to the Community A-4E mod team from back when they still used SFM on their project.

I originally uploaded this all the way back in 2020 in a very broken state, and I stopped playing DCS shortly after uploading it. I am just getting back into this amazing game, and after seeing how popular the previous naval mods I released were, I decided to remake it from scratch, fixing the original issues and expanding on it!

If you are a novice helicopter pilot like myself you need to memorize the cold start routine and all important cockpit controls and procedures. This training is intended to be repeated over and over to train you which switches to turn and in what order. You can practice at night or during the day. You can take off or taxi to the destination and the mission will finish.

A day with thick fog is a perfect time for enemy to try to strike at one of your small outpost.
But we have the best pilot in the region...you... to try the impossible!

A simple yet effective practice mission for engaging multiple bandits from BVR over Marianas.

Improved version of the Su-25T training.

This is a mission to test if the socalled In-Ground-Effect (IGE) is actually noticeable.

At altitudes of less then one rotor length the In-Ground-Effect (IGE) should provide some extra lift.
You can try and feel if this is the case by reducing the collective to account for the IGE.
This is barely noticeable at least to myself. Maybe this is not even modelled correctly in DCS?
Any experienced helicopter pilots can maybe comment on this.
In theory with the coaxial rotors of the KA50 this IGE should be more pronounced than with other helicopters.
Unfortunately there are no charts available for the KA50.

It is the 12th of September 2023. Ukraine wants to recapture the "Boyko Towers" in the Black Sea that were occupied by the Russian Federation. The Russian Federation has placed radar sensors on the towers to detect any enemy movements from far away, covering a wide stretch of ocean. Your task is to land on the oil rig at sunrise.

BLUE FORCE since it's Ukrainian. Feel free to change the helicopter to another blue force chopper.
