-The main point in designing the mission was to gain familiarity, and practice fighting, the better types of AAA-only units.
-All AAA locations are located between wypt 0 and 1. I recommend learning the area, using cities, lakes, and forests to memorize how to find the targets, or add waypoints if you want to.
-There are triggers to alert you when entering each type's engagement radius. None of the batteries ranges overlap, you can only be in range of one group of 4 at a time.
-If you are new, rest assured, you can just blaze through at 400 knots, 1500 feet, to see the "fireworks", as long as you don't fly straight, at all, you will be fine. That being said, batteries of 4 provide a challenge, especially the Shilka and Gepard.

Updated Version 1.3: Russia has built up an expeditionary Integrated Air Defense System (IADS) in Syria. Russia also operates a number of short-range air defence systems, including the Pantsir-S1 and Buk missile systems, as well as the naval version of the S-300 a Slava-class guided missile cruiser in the Mediterranean. In addition to the IADS, Syrian forces operate the Bastion coastal defence system out of Tartus.

As the Syria map features the old RAF Bloodhound camp at Episkopi, Cyprus, I converted a readily available Bloodhound as a static object for DCS.

Copy the unzipped folder to your /saved games/DCS(.open beta)/mods/tech folder. In the game you will find the Bloodhound under static objects - structures.
