At 1600 on 6 June 1944, the Panzer Lehr Division -- the most elite and best-equipped armored unit in the German Army -- was ordered to move from its bases in central France to reinforce German forces in Caen. The division road marched all night and then through the day on 7 June when the IX Tactical Air Command interdicted them You are a P-47 flight leader. Attack the Panzer Lehr column.
