This F-86E Sabre was allocated to Col Francis "Gabby" Gabreski during his second tour of duty in Korea
as C.O. of the 51stth Fighter Wing.

Gabreski had been the highest scoring American ace of the ETO in WW2 and would go on to become
an ace in Korea with 3.5 kills.

I created this skin for the Hornet Productions DCS movie "Gabby".

This F-86A Sabre was allocated to Lt Col. Glenn Eagleston of the 4th Fighter Wing.

Some sources show the nose of this Sabre to be painted red. My research shows this as being
a misinterpretation of the photos of the aircraft and it was in fact a brown colour, which I assume
is a coat of primer as 4thFW A model Sabres had this area usually painted white.

I created this skin for the Hornet Productions DCS movie "Gabby".
