To install, unzip and place the folder in 'DCS world OpenBeta' (or Alpha) Mods, Aircraft, M-2000C, Liveries, M-2000C.
Select 'France' in the mission editor. Then the 'JACKDAWS - BLUE FLAME' skin will appear in the drop down box.

Pour avoir les tanks et les hélicos pour la Biélorussie , voici la méthode à suivre ; il faut décompresser et remplacer le Ficher DB_Country.LUA situé dans
C:\DCS World OpenBeta\Scripts\Database
ou
C:\DCS World OpenAlpha\Scripts\Database
Il ajoute à la Biélorussie son armé de terre et de l air,ensuite ajoutez les skins pour les KA50, MI-24V et MI-8MTV2
