Nevada Training Range sandbox, designed to be a place for controlled training on a range of targets with a variety of airframes. All air defences and A2A training is inactive and only activates on request via the F10. All aircraft are set with a circuit route around the range, individual ranges can be added manually from the kneeboard.
This is the Nevada NTTR Training Range. Active Ranges for blue forces are: 74B, 74C, 75W and 76. There is a gun and rocket range operating on ranges 64A and 64B. Active air defences are available on request.
- Main blue airbase will be Nellis AFB, alternative is Creech/Indian Springs.
- Pahute Mesa is available for rearm and refuel for those aircraft that are able to use the short runway.
- QF4 Drones deploy to Reveille North Air to Air Training range
- Blue air to air refuelling is available in Caliente Charlie
Red Aircraft can operate from Tonopah Test Airfield.
- Air to ground weapon training for red aircraft range is 71S.
- Mallam Airfield is available for red rotor sling operations.
Groom Lake AFB is out of bounds. Please do not enter this airspace.
Guard is 305Mhz.
