Following the collapse of the House of Assad, the new Syrian military has allied with Iran and Russia in an effort to gain influence in the region. NATO, led by US forces has deployed a carrier group off the coast of Turkey, aided by the USAF in Cyprus, to counter the power shift in the region.
CIA reports indicate imminent threats to NATO regional allies Israel & Jordan. As a result, NATO is planning pre-emptive strikes to deteriorate hostile military capabilities within the region. Retaliation is expected.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE (Default WP 3):
Two Russian vessels have docked to resupply in Beirut Harbor. If this task is chosen, we will have a short time frame to strike and return to Akrotiri before an armed response. The smaller of the two ships should be targeted first, with the second targeted after refueling/re-arming at Ramat David. If you so choose. The Moskva is a large ship, and it won't be easy sending to the bottom.
A flight of F-117A will take the lead, eliminating naval command personal currently garrisoned in Beirut. Pontiac will be on SEAD, clearing the SAM-6 sites in the harbor, opening a window for a precision strike on the vessels.
Understanding our armament constraints (Bombs vs Fuel), pilot discretion must be exercised to determine which vessel should be targeted for greatest results.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
USE JTAC UZI -- Insurgent Training camp. All targets will likely not be able to be destroyed. PRIORITIZE TARGETS THAT HAVE THE GREATEST STRIKE CAPABILITY!
JTAC SPRINGFIELD -- Rayak Airport
Destroy/damage Helicopter strike capabilities and transport aircraft
Ad Dumayr Chemical Weapons Facility
Destroy a covert military chemical weapons facility

AIR ASSETS: AWACS will be in the sky to provide support during the operation. Additionally, between WP 2 & WP 3, F/A-18s will be available for CAP. If so chosen, sel ect fr om the Radio menu to push fighters to the region, or hold them at their orbit.
THREATS: SAM-6 are deployed in numbers throughout the region, as are MANPADS and ZU-23s. Maintain defensive altitude and vigilance.
Once it's clear RED forces are under attack, expect aircraft MIG-29 to scramble. You can either engage or evade.
