This Mod adds weapons, which are not included in the core game, that means you have to install the Rafale Mod, Su-30 Mod, and the JAS-39 Gripen Mod, to get access to all the loadouts, if you don’t want to do that, the Mod is still going to work, you just won't have all the Weapons.
All the credit for the creation of those weapons goes of course to the respective Mod teams.
