This is a development of the original Normandy template you can find among my files. However, with the inclusion of Paris and further flung areas, not to mention new assets like the V1, it warranted updating.
Requires WW1 asset pack, and scenarios with red task force included so  It can use allied assets.

I have updated the flak to be more representive of what was actually there at the time. Ive also cut the number of units most of the batteries have, taking out most of the tractor units, just to help increase framerates. Ive moved many light flak to locations I believe possible some flak units were doing, covering the V1 sites. it doesnt mean the exact unit was there, or indeed any unit was there. Its an interpretation. Some units include flak in actual locations, though again, the actual units are pure guesswork.

As said, it uses red task force assets, so that will need to be checked in any scenario. This is because ED dont include a nice 37mm flak, so I had to use the US Army M1 37mm, which I dont like but hey, its the best I can do.
There is also not any 105mm flak guns. To compensate I used the Soviet Ks19 100mm gun, along with the radar director. Its only used in a few locations just west of Paris, so if you dont like it, by all means take it out.
There are also Bofors, but these are, where possible, used in historic locations where there are some indications the Germans used them. Supposedly they captured a warehouse full of them in Norway IIRC. There are also some British 3.7 inchers, not quite sure where they got those from but it may be Dunkirk, if the French were not using them. Couldnt put in French 75mms or Soviet rebored 85mm's, again, had to use standard 88's for those.

Flak batteries are larger. In many case they were previously 4 guns. I kept many of those and replaced them with Flak 41's. But many other batteries, particularly the mixed ones, have now got 6 guns and 2 or 3 light flak.

All v1 sites are now in. I used the ED template, so you can argue about how representive they are of the actual sites. You can always modify them.

It also includes representations of actual beach defences. Considering the lack of assets, not least a bunker with a gun in, or a 'Tobruk', ive done the best I can. With more assets I might revisit it in future. The locations are based on Reliktes google map markers, painstakingly read by myself, noted the grid reference, and ported across. Im sure some many be a little out, but like I say, done the best I can with what I have.

Radar sites, are compiled mainly with After the Battles 'German Coastal Radar sites, then and now', a first rate book that showed locations of all the beach located radars. Ive used other sources, mainly Relike for further inshore ones.

How would I use it? Lay out your scenario, as complete as you can. back it up. Drop the templates one by one over the top of it, and here is the thing, DELETE OUT WHAT YOU DONT NEED! You probably are not going to need everything. Anything over 100 miles away from your track, take it out.

Course, if you are running a supercomputer, perhaps you dont need to do that. But do me a favour, dont say 'it makes my machine run slow!' I know. So show common sense, eh? :D

You probably dont need the V1 template, unless you are doing a V1 mission or want to add colour. As the flak is already part of the flak template, you dont really need to place them otherwise. I would recommend using the others, because the Beach defences include Kriegsmarine flak, as do some of the radar sites.

Let me know if you see anything really wrong. I might compile a 'target' template if I can. I shall have to see how easy it is to find those.

Think thats all, please ask questions if there is anything you dont understand.

Lastly, thanks to Richard Anderson, whose OOB helped kick this thing off.
