Just like the logbooks IRL, it is your own responsibility to maintain your logbook and update it as you progress. Choose to use them or not, your choice. The effectiveness of this guide is proportional to the quality of the information inputted.
The Academics tab can be used to tick off concepts as you learn them, be that from the student handbook or from other resources. The notes section is yours to write as much or as little as you want, but may be a good place to store references and good tidbits of information should you wish to revisit a topic later.
The Sorties tab contains a list of the flights from the TDCS Training pipeline, as well as the skills covered. You can use this tab to track which skills you have learned, and the last time you have practiced it.
The Logbook tab give's you a logbook to record your flight time in each aircraft, as well as different catagories or items you might want to track. Including type of aircraft, number of landings, weapons used, etc.
