After the outbreak of the Arab Spring uprising, anti-government rebels on the island of Cyprus have taken control of the southern portion of the island. The frontline stretches just north of the Troodos mountains where rebel forces are closing in on the capital of Nicosia. Due lack of trained pilots and aircraft, the US based private military contractor Draken International has been hired to provide the Cyprus government with air support.

Mission Details
1) After learning ex-Cyprus Airforce pilots that support the rebel cause are preparing to launch air operations against Cyprus forces using captured aircraft, the Cyprus government has asked Draken International to carryout strikes against the occupied airfields of Akrotiri and Paphos.
2) Enemy rotorcraft have been attacking Cyprus armor defending the city of Larnaca. The rebels have been attempting to take the city but have failed due to the of efforts of these armored units. The enemy rotorcraft pose a significant threat to government forces in the city and must be taken out.
3) A Cyprus Airforce recon helicopter was downed in enemy territory due to engine failure. Although most of the crew survived the crash they have been under heavy fire from rebel forces. Multiple recuse attempts have failed due to strong rebel resistance and the Cyprus government has called on Draken to send aircraft to clear the area.
4) Over the past few days Cyprus ground forces have pushing rebels back from the outskirts of Larnaca. However, enemy roadblocks have halted their advance. The Cyprus government has tasked Draken with destroying these roadblocks so their forces can continue their attack.
5) Enemy rebels are on the run and are fleeing the outskirts of Larnaca in mass. Three major convoys have been spotting retreating towards Akrotiri. The Cyprus government has asked Draken to hunt and destroy these convoys to ensure the enemy can not regroup for a counter attack
6) Cyprus recons units have reported the Akrotiri and Paphos airfields have almost finished runway repairs. If they enemy is able to begin air operations we will loose our control of the sky in a matter of hours. To ensure this does not happen we will be conducting strikes to destroy captured aircraft at these locations.
