Navigation Exercise
The goal of this mission is practice navigation using any technique, method or equipment available to the chosen aircraft type.
You will be able to sel ect (using the F10 menu) the legs distance (ranging fr om 20nm to 150nm – sorry metric folks, do some math!) and the script/mission will generate 2 target waypoints, which will be marked in the F10 map. Flight towards the target WP1 and when you think you reached it, use the F10 menu to “declare” that you arrived. The script will record your position and clear you to fly to target WP2. Once there use the menu again to declare you reached it. This time, the script will terminate the exercise and add an option to the menu to plot your declared positions. Use it at your convenience to see how close your declared positions where to the target waypoints. Don’t forget to turn on the mark labels in the map.
The mission/script works per group, so, in MP multiple groups will get different target points.
The starting airport or aircraft type are not important, so feel free to add any aircraft you wish to fly from any airport.
No wind and With Wind versions included in the zip file.
