23 hours ago Chalk 1, 2 and 3 were sent in to eliminate a high value target. Upon finishing their mission all hell broke lose and they are now stuck behind enemy lines.
Icepack: Your objective is to search and rescue all three fireteams before they are found and captured, or worse - killed by the enemy. Once located bring them back to the carrier.
Hammer: Your objective is to escort Icepack and provide fire support if necessary.
The fireteams will provide you with a FM beacon frequency you can use to home in on their position.
We have set up a FOB on an Island in the bay area southeast from our current position. If necessary use it to rearm, refuel or repair. Home in on FM frequency 57 to navigate to the FOB.
In case of emergency use FM frequency 44 to navigate back to the carrier.

Low level hell mission that will put you to the test in every aspect of flight, through Combat Search and Rescue mission behind enemy lines, containing 2x UH-1H Huey mission with one Icepack (troop pickup/light armaments) and one Hammer (CAS/heavy armaments).
If you don't have a friend to tag along, it is doable to play alone. Just slap some light rocket pods on the Icepack and you should be fine.
The Icepack is mandatory for mission progress. If it goes down = mission over. It is a challenging and onforgiving mission, but it can be done.

Use F7 menu command to interact with ground troops. They need to embark at the LZ and disembark on the carrier for mission progress.
