I made this Template because the Original one doesn't seem readly available.
The Template is in PSD format.
Click on the 'Rectangle Sel ect' tool and in it's Tool Options box scale to 2048 x 2048 in the 'Size' Boxes
now position it to one of the the square corners of the Template and align it to the dividing cross marker then 'Copy Visible' DO NOT Copy.
Now open a new Image and scale it to 2048 x 2048 now Paste,Repeat this for all four skin elements
and Save each one of these as..

FW-190_02.dds
FW-190_03.dds
FW-190_04.dds
Now fr om an existing skin adapt the Description.lua for your skin with Notepad.
Нажмите на инструмент «Прямоугольное выделение» и в поле «Параметры инструмента» установите масштаб 2048 x 2048 в полях «Размер».
теперь поместите его в один из квадратных углов шаблона и выровняйте его по разделяющему крестовому маркеру, затем «Копировать видимое» НЕ копировать.
Теперь откройте новое изображение и масштабируйте его до 2048 x 2048, теперь вставь
