The easiest way, and the way I recommend, is to install this using OvGME.<br />
OvGME-ready archive. Just download the zip-file, put it in your "Saved-games" mod-directory and enable it.<br />

Not using OvGME? You can manually install it by extracting the 'Liveries'-directory to 'C:\Users\<YourUserName>\Saved Games\DCS' but I would really recommend getting OvGME since it's way easier for you to enable/disable the skin if you run into problems.
