Skal'pel-M air ambulance livery for the IL-76 with Russian and Soviet tail codes
Skal'pel-M was a IL-76MD converted into a flying hospital used for disaster relief and extraction of wounded troops. Two versions are included, CCCP tail code for pre 1991 and RA tailcode for post 1991
