A fictional German Air Force skin for the L-39ZA based on the camouflage scheme NORM 62 and the orange flight suit/white helmet used by the Air Force Fighter-Bomber Wing 34 (Jagdbombergeschwader 34) in the nineteen sixties for the F-104G Starfighter. Fighter-Bomber Wing 34 was inactivated in 2003.
It's an optimized and „bugfixed“ upgrade of a skin I already posted (see „German Air Force (Bundeswehr) Skin Pack“).
If the L-39ZA is not listed in your mission editor for Nation Germany, proceed as follows:
- Create a backup of the file: <Installation Directory>/Scripts/Database/db_countries.lua
- Save the backup somewhere outside the installation directory. Any changes in this directory will be reset every time you update and repair it.
- Open the above file, preferably with Notepad++
- Go to Line 1252 (or search for "--Germany")
- There you see the aircraft definitions for Germany.
- There you add (e.g. in line 1259): cnt_unit( units.Planes.Plane, "L-39ZA");
Sofern in Deinem Missionseditor bei der Nation Deutschland die L-39ZA nicht aufgeführt wird, so gehe wie folgt vor:
- erstelle ein Backup der Datei: <Installationsverzeichnis>/Scripts/Database/db_countries.lua
- speichere das Backup irgendwo außerhalb des Installationsverzeichnisses, da die Änderungen in diesem Verzeichnis bei jedem Update und jedem Repair wieder zurückgesetzt werden.
- Öffne die oben genannte Datei, am besten mit Notepad++
- Gehe zu Zeile 1252 (oder suche nach "-- GERMANY")
- Da siehst Du dann die Flugzeugdefinitionen für Deutschland.
- Und dort fügst Du (z.B. in Zeile 1259) hinzu: cnt_unit( units.Planes.Plane, "L-39ZA");
