H51,52, 60, 63 and 69 have 3 mice ( partly historically correct, it was a tribute to 1-JAVA Sqn )
The KNIL - RNEIAAF Spitfire MkIX CW was mostly used for bombing missions during it's deployment in Indonesia.
Unrar, copy and paste the containing folders to ( C:\Saved Games\DCS(yourversion)\Liveries\SpitfireLFMkIXCW ) if you have already created such a Liveries folder.
Otherwise I strongly suggest to create a Liveries folder for all your downloaded skins/skinpacks in the Saved Games section.
This way, you keep your DCS install clean.
