Update of original training missions and quick missions for the Mig-21bis.
ATC frequencies are now correct and correspond to cockpit memo, at the exception of channel 0 which has been left to the default 124.00 MHz, and not 149.00 MHz since this value is not permitted.
Missions have been tested with DCS version 1.5.5.60565.216.
