OPERATION STORMGAURD

WE HAVE LOCATED THE REBEL FORCES CHEMICAL FACILITY AND WEAPONS FACTORY, WITH FORCES PATROL AND ON SUPPLY ROUTES BETWEEN ALAMO - ASH SPRINGS - CRYSTAL SPRINGS BEARING,

Russian forces are running convoys with military and civilian vehicles, carrying shells and weapons to carry chemical warheads and possible wmd’s,  satelites show this valley stretching 20 miles from the outpost at the entrance of TYRNYAUZ to the Outpost at the exit of ERBUS,this stretch being the most extremely protected area in Russia.
Convoys are on the move with Armour escorting supply vehicles, running the whole valley, with the central operations area being at VERH BAKSAN
Our intel sources believe the insurgent Leader is being transported in a civilian car, mixed in with one of the convoys, if we locate the vehicle, take him out, special forces monitioring the area will move in and collect the intel on the location of the farp,
We have multiple special forces ground teams monitoring the area, once the intel has been collected the nearest team will lase and mark targets, giving the Cas packages coordinates. the farp is a priority target

The Banff Strike Wing sent Mosquito raids along the Norway coast to attack ships carrying iron ore to Germany for armor production, U-boats making their way north to sub pens in occupied Norway and German troop ships and landing craft carrying men and equipment to Germany to reinforce its attempt to block the approaching Allies ground forces.

This campaign, utilizing the beautiful South Atlantic map as a stand-in for Norway, includes historically-correct recreations of the Banff Strike Wing's most important missions.

By April 1945, Germany was evacuating its entire Norway garrison to reinforce its troops defending Berlin against the rapidly advancing Red Army. The German Navy commandeered every serviceable merchant ship in Norway to transport its soldiers and equipment.

On 11 April 1945, Norwegian Mosquito scouts sighted a convoy of merchant ships departing Porsgrunn loaded with German troops heading south. Wing Commander Junior Simmonds was assigned to lead a force of Mosquitos and escorting Mustangs to intercept the German ships.

At the same time a force of Luftwaffe Bf-109G14s was assigned to provide air cover to the convoy.

Single Player F-16C mission in the South Atlantic Map.
This is the first mission in a mini campaign that I've been working on.
It's a simple campaign and this mission is pretty simple too.  There's tiny bit of story,
but really, I was just doing this for something to fly around in the South Atlantic Map.
And it is totally fictional with respect to tactics to coalitions (or lack thereof) and pretty
much everything else for that matter.
There are a total of 5 missions in the mini campaign and I plan to upload one per week.  I’m hoping for some feedback (remember, this is not meant to be a “Hard” campaign). And after mission 5 has been up for a week, I’ll upload it as a complete mini campaign.  All of the missions are currently “done”, but I’m going back to and adding some radio messages to make things interesting.
