This is a 1-4 player PvE co-op mission where you and your friends become VULTURE 1, a flight of 4 A-10C IIs scrambled to assist a shot down F-15C pilot and provide close air support.

Here's my first skin for the A-10 II.  Originally done because...well...who doesn't want to have an Orky fly bomba.  
In red, so it's faster.  Though I am tempted to make a yellow and black version too.  

The screenshot version has my callsign (tinfoil) next to the cockpit, but this version is clean, without a callsign.  Includes new roughness maps too.

A multi-player mission for up to 12 players. Situated in the Persian Gulf map, this mission will provide a challenging mission incorporating ground attack, CAP, and SEAD. All flights must work together to suppress enemy forces to free a captured civilian ship.

Situation:
Iranian forces have captured a Japanese tanker while it was transiting the Straits and are currently moving the ship towards an Iranian port. Iranian naval forces intercepted the tanker and forced it to change course into Iranian waters for "inspection".  The tanker is currently being escorted by two Iranian ships. Once the ship reaches the port the crew will likely be detained. Two UAE warships are on the way, but will not reach the ship in time. The ship is currently 15 miles SE of Larak Island. The tanker captain is reporting engine problems, likely in an attempt to allow more time for Allied forces to intervene.

Situation:
Less than a week ago a strike on the petroleum processing facilities at Lavan Island dealt a significant economic blow to Iran. The Iranians have not backed down from their aggression in the region. In retaliation for providing support to the strike, Iran launched SCUD missiles into Oman. Iran has vowed to hit populated areas next if their demands for a lifting of economic sanctions are not met. A strike package is being put together to locate and destroy the deployed SCUD launchers

Georgian rebels allied with Russia have instigated a coup in Georgia and have pushed Zourabichvili government into two small corners of the country and are massing for a final offensive.

The Zourabichvili government has asked for help and a small coalition of forces has agreed to offer assistance. Intense fighting has weakened air assets on both sides. We suspect a WMD factory has being built in the town of Zemo-Natanebi, near the Kobuleti airfield. We must prevent the completion of this factory.

We are putting together a strike with the assets that we have in the region. The airbase is heavily defended by armor units unknown in number and two SA-3 SAM sites.

To inhibit rebel response with air support we are launching a cruise missile strike on Senaki-Kolkhi, Kutasi Airbases as well as the Kobuleti flight line where Ka-50 and SU-27s are being fueled. Be ready for enemy air units to operate in the area.

The 330th Fighter Squadron "Bayou Bandits", based out of Oceanview Chevalle was established in 1935 as the 330th Observation Squadron flying BC-1As. With the outbreak of the Osean War, the 330th was vital in Anti-submarine Patrols of the critical Eagalin Strait leading to the economic heart of Osea. Over the years, the squadron would trade their Bombers for gradually faster Fighters, until in 1974 they received the first of the F-4C Phantoms they would become known for.  In 1995, the Bandits would be one of many squadrons Federalized for the war effort, with their primary focus of securing Shipping in and out of the Eaglin Straits.

By 2002, the 330th was one of the final units flying F-4C Phantoms, and the age of the airframes were rapidly hindering unit readiness. In 2005, the OADF, Retiring the first of its A-10As granted the 330th to become a composite fighter Squadron, thought the final few F-4Cs would remain in Chevalle inventory until 2017 being replaced by newer A-10Cs.
